What are the terms and conditions of the rental?

The terms and conditions are governed by the supplier’s quote and the Rentkart® rental terms and conditions.
Can customers see information about my company?

Yes! Every supplier should share to customize a profile for their company that is included with each quote. Your profile includes the type of equipment you rent, information about your company (history, values, differentiators, etc.) and your location. Once your quote is accepted, your profile will be shared with the customer including your contact information. Your profile is a great way to stand out!
Can I contact customers directly?

Yes! Once your quote is accepted and the rental contract is signed, Rentkart® will give you the full contact information of the renter. You can contact them to answer questions and assist with the logistics of the rental, but will have built a relationship with them through Rentkart® only for future business!
What if I have questions for the renter?

No problem! You will simply share your query with Rentkart® representative and he will connect you to the customer via conference call or by understanding your query and asking for solutions for those queries to customer and responding you back with the solution in minimum period of time.
Can I build relationships with customers off line that I acquire from using Rentkart®?

Absolutely, but at certain level! One of the added values of Rentkart® is that you will acquire new customers and grow your business. However, you have built a relationship with them through Rentkart® only for future business!
How do you connect my company and equipment with renters?

When you Apply for the Supplier of Rentkart®, you agree to the terms and conditions as per Supplier Promotion Agreement that includes what type of equipment you have, where you rent it and other required information you have to submit with Rentkart® for being its prestigious supplier and avail pan India exposure. For example, you may rent your idle JCB brand excavator in any part of the nation. The Rentkart® platform will notify you of requests that match your criteria, including a renter’s requirement location and name. You can submit your quote to the renter through the platform! If the renter accepts your quote and signs the rental contract, you will have access to their full contact information.
How much does it cost to be a Rentkart® supplier?

There is no charge to be listed as a Rentkart® supplier and receive rental requests from potential customers. Rentkart® receives a commission from the rentals you are awarded. Please contact us to find out more information about our commission schedule!
